If you know anyone between the ages of 5-12 you probably have seen “silly bands” all over.  Great for kid or non-kid promotions because if you are not wearing them as a bracelet you can use them as a rubberband.  Stock or custom shapes available.

Designer #1 – Great portfolio on line but when it came to my project – the “design” (using that term loosely) I was presented with, was a purple frame bordering the site – That’s it. No concept, no design, no ideas – ummm no thanks.
Designer #2 – Together we came up with a concept so this became more of a production job than a design job – so after a few missteps, missed deadlines it became clear that this web developer really didn’t know Word Press and was practicing on me. When I became more involved – read calling & emailing more often to make sure things were getting done – I received the following response…. Actual quote “Please do not call me today and do not call any earlier than 9am. We are a very late rising family.” What the what??

I really don’t think that I was asking too much – someone smart, professional, capable, responsive, creative to build my website. Really, shouldn’t that should be a given?

As a vendor, I think about my own expectations as a customer.
Being available – and if I’m not, answering emails & voicemails immediately.
Provide quotes immediately.
People have projects to move on with!
No one has to track me down to find out where their order is. Isn’t that just obvious good service? That is what you can expect here at Merch Media.
