This is an Independent Contractor (1099) sales position

The Merch Industry is thriving and we’re on the hunt for a sales rep with style—someone who’s equal parts creative and driven. You’ll get to dream up fresh, on-trend product ideas for clients while building strong relationships that keep business booming. If you’ve got an eye for fashion, love spotting the next “it” item, and can sell a big idea as easily as a tangible product, you’ll feel right at home here.

This job is both art and science.

What you’ll do: 

  • Proactively prospect, develop, and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries.

  • Present creative product ideas and promotional solutions tailored to client goals.

  • Stay ahead of industry and retail trends to recommend fresh, innovative merchandise.

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations that showcase creative product solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and ensuring repeat business.

  • Collaborate with our design and production teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

  • Evaluate product options to make the best recommendations for clients

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of new business development and account management.

  • Accurately & thoroughly complete sales forms, documents & reports

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, oraccount management (experience in promotional products, apparel, fashion, or related industries a plus).

  • Strong interest in fashion, design, and trendspotting with the ability to translate trends into client solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace preferred.

  • Strong communication skills—you can paint a picture and close the deal.

  • Self-starter energy—you love chasing opportunities and making things happen.
