What the job entails:

  • Ensure the administrative operations of Merch Media are efficient and optimized to maximize support for the Merch Media Sales Team.
  • Various projects.
  • Overall office administrative support.
  • Social Media Management
  • Prospecting & lead generation

For example:

  • Entering Invoices
  • Support client events
  • Work with vendors to optimize products & self promo
  • Manage self promo inventory
  • Order and maintain catalogues and samples
  • Quarterly client mailings
  • Managing the Contact Database of prospects – keep data updated, constantly updating & adding
  • Work closely with our sales teams to drive, experiment and optimize outreach campaigns
  • Shipping/Mailing
  • Various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  •  3+ years B2B office experience
  • Computer proficiency – Mac preferred
  • Social media and or basic design skills a plus
  • Reliable, dependable
  • Works well independently & can identify solutions to problems.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Resourceful, driven
  • Collaborative & cooperative with other members of team
  • Organizational and time management skills

    Full time in office – option for hybrid some remote hours
